Is this for non-portfolio companies?

No. These services are reserved for founders we've invested in. We don't have the bandwidth to offer them at scale.

What does it cost?

Nothing extra. Operating support is included in our partnership — it's how we earn our carry.

Do you guarantee outcomes?

We commit to specific deliverables (introductions, placements, market entry diligence), not to outcomes. The outcome depends on what you do with what we open up.

How does the Asian corridor support actually work?

We have on-the-ground operating presence in Shanghai. Most support starts with a 2-day Shanghai visit where we walk you through customer meetings, partner introductions, and regulatory groundwork.

What if I want to expand somewhere other than Asia?

We can help with US warm intros through our co-investor network, but the Asia corridor is where our differentiation is sharpest.
